Quick Snack

Need a quick protein packed snack? Try deviled eggs. 


To lighten up the fat and pack extra protein I make mine with a big dollop of Greek yogurt, a dab of Dijon and several dashes of hot sauce. Deviled eggs make a great snack for other times besides just Easter. :-)

  1. I love eggs but since they're on the forbidden food list because of my cholesterol I usually just enjoy looking pictures of them :)

  2. Yum-yum! With the yogurt, it sure makes these much lower in fat and I'm less likely to feel guilty for eating two!
