To start this delicious little project, first crumble up some tofu.
Then add some seasonings and lime juice
and refrigerate for 3 hours
When ready, heat up tofu in skillet. It only needs to cook for a few minutes until warm.
While it's cooking, thinly slice some avocado
Then heat corn tortillas in a separate skillet
Put it all together with some pico de gallo and you have pure deliciousness!
